Taco City Louisville: Your Go-To Spot for Delicious Tacos & More

Pretty Presentation! Great food and fresh tasting ingredients across the board. Loved the pickled onions on top of the tostones. Steaming hot, crispy, thick plantain slices. Sampler appetizer with guacamole, salsa, and queso was good. Roasted salsa is different and tasty. Serving cups look small but are a good portion. Tortas are my go-to dish at a street taco place. I've had many, and the Cubana Torta was top-notch. Served on Bolillo bread as it should be and perfectly toasted. I can't stand when I order a torta and it's served on bread unlike Bolillo. I had the Cubana Torta, and it was packed with flavor. Had thick avocado slices and loved the jalenpenos that added the right amount of heat. Shrimp and cajun shrimp taco were great. Again, beautiful presentation. Buritos are huge. Well made and nice proportion of ingredients. What you expect. Pina Colada was on point amd and the Rainbow was good. Large is very big and both drinks had enough alcohol. Lots of drinks to choose from.

Tried taco Thursday $2.99 tacos all day... Tacos were loaded down & great looking! Service was good & great value! My new Thursday lunch spot!

Tried Taco City for the 2nd time during Louisville Taco Week. The Tacos were absolutely delicious. I went with my mom and boyfriend. Mine and my mom's favorite was the Street Corn Taco. My boyfriend's favorite was the Honey Cilantro Taco. They all had amazing flavor. I also tried their Strawberry Horchata which was absolutely delicious; it was sweet, cinnamony, and creamy. The gentleman who took my order, as well as the ones making the food were funny and great to be around. The atmosphere was a good-time vibe. Will definitely be back!!

Great Flavors, Chicken Was a Bit Overcooked I tried the jerk chicken tacos from Taco City last night, and overall the flavors were good. The toppings were fresh, the tacos were well put together, and everything looked appetizing. My only complaint was that the chicken was overcooked, which made it a bit dry. Other than that, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely give them another try. With slightly more tender chicken, this would’ve been a perfect bite.

I came for the birria tacos and they did not disappoint. Our food came out quickly and they were the best tacos I've ever had. Outdoor dining with a good atmosphere. And their margaritas are potent!! 10/10 must try.

The food and margaritas were good. They only have outdoor seating at this location. It was very busy, we stood in line to order almost 45 minutes. The food came out quickly after we ordered. No fountain drink refills.

Definitely one of the best places to grab some delicious tacos in Louisville! I tried their Korean BBQ taco and cajun chicken taco, both of which were excellent! I was also able to try their nachos, and would highly recommend them. Also, they have some very delicious sauces, their jalapeno sauce. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and warm. Overall, a great place to eat and I'll definitely be coming back.

We chose this place based on a Instagram we saw. Certainly did not disappoint! Highly recommend not missing this great gem. Your taste buds will thank you!
